Mihir Shukla is the Chairman, CEO, and co-founder of Automation Anywhere, a global leader in AI and agentic automation. A technologist, entrepreneur, futurist, and national bestselling author of the book The Five Year Century. Mihir is a lifelong student of how work gets done — drawing lessons both from the history of the Industrial Age and the frontiers of artificial intelligence. He views the future of work not simply as a technological challenge, but as a leadership imperative: designing systems where people can learn, adapt, and thrive alongside intelligent machines. For Mihir, technology defines what is possible, but leaders ultimately determine the outcomes.

Over the course of his career, Mihir has helped lead multiple multi-billion-dollar technology transformations spanning the internet, search, cloud computing, e-commerce, and smartphones.
