About the Book

NATIONAL BESTSELLER | At a critical moment where demographic decline, productivity stagnation and AI acceleration are combining to deliver a century’s worth of transformation in the next five years, The Five-Year Century, a national bestseller, offers a practical leadership framework for bold leaders to redesign work and deliver accelerated outcomes. Written with a versatility that speaks directly to CEOs and boards driving enterprise transformation, CIOs and technology leaders accountable for value realization, managers redesigning day-to-day processes, and consultants guiding organizations through technological disruption, The Five-Year Century delivers the strategic clarity today’s leaders urgently need.

A 5-minute self-assessment on your operating model

Score your organization across five areas — from how decisions get made to how your people are using AI. Based on the framework in The Five-Year Century, it's a fast way to see where you stand and where to start.

Praise for The Five-Year Century

This book gives you the confidence, playbook and urgency to succeed in the AI economy; but it should also make you angry because trillions spent on digital transformation has made little impact on most industries or jobs over the last three decades. The AI era must be different: leaders must own the human-technology interface and drive business outcomes every day.  Nancy and Mihir demystify how to get there without Silicon Valley jargon... they can help you on your journey.

In this wonderful, brisk book they lay out how we all need to adapt—from organizations becoming more like beehives, to people becoming more like quarterbacks. Read it soon, because change is coming fast.
