CEO and Co-Founder
A serial disrupter, Mihir founded Automation Anywhere. A visionary in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) category, Mihir pioneered the Digital Workforce—software bots that automate business processes with both cognitive capability and embedded analytics—driving unprecedented human productivity while dramatically reducing processing costs for the world’s largest enterprises. Under Mihir’s leadership, Automation Anywhere has become a global leader in this rapidly growing industry generating more revenue, with more employees, and a greater market share than its top three competitors combined. Prior to Automation Anywhere, Mihir held leadership roles in internet, e-commerce, and wireless companies at the forefront of innovation such as E2Open, Kiva, ISN, Netscape, Infoseek, and Omnisky.
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
Ankur heads Automation Anywhere’s global revenue generation and customer operations strategies. As a co-founder, he has been a driving force from the company’s inception, playing critical leadership roles in determining and implementing the company’s vision and strategy, as well as in the engineering, product, services, and support divisions. With more than 15 years’ experience in the software industry, Ankur has developed a unique business perspective on globally extending the value of automation to new markets, introducing robot-human partnerships to key executives worldwide, and translating the business impact of automation to large enterprises, service providers, system integrators, advisors, shared services, and GICs.
What you didn’t know: Ankur’s aspirations include participating in Ironman and opening a microbrewery. In that order.
Chief Financial Officer
Clyde Hosein brings more than 30 years of finance, engineering and operational experience to Automation Anywhere in his role as chief financial officer. Clyde is responsible for the finance, legal, IT, and facilities functions worldwide. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, he held chief financial officer positions at RingCentral, Marvell Technology Group, IDTI, and Candescent Technologies. He was also the chief operating officer at Marvell for a period. Earlier in his career, Clyde held various engineering, operations and finance positions at IBM.
Clyde is a highly regarded executive in the technology industry and is well-known by the investment community. He was named by Institutional Investor as one of the top three CFOs in the semiconductor industry from 2010 to 2012, before leaving that industry to join the SaaS industry. He also sits on the board of directors of Cree, Inc.—a publicly traded company that develops and manufactures LED and semiconductor products.
What you didn’t know: When not working, Clyde drives his 45-foot RV bus around the country.
Chief Technology Officer
Prince serves as chief technology officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in the technology industry. He was most recently senior vice president of engineering at ThoughtSpot, a data analytics company. Prior to this, Prince held senior roles at Ericsson, running global R&D for all digital products with a team of more than 10,000 people and responsibilities for 92 product lines, including building large-scale cloud infrastructure and cloud-hosted management stacks. Prior to Ericsson, Prince held various executive leadership roles within the cloud and enterprise groups at Citrix, after co-founding a security start-up that was acquired by Citrix. While there, he worked with some of the world's largest companies and public cloud providers. Prince began his career as an engineer at Silicon Graphics.
What you didn’t know: When not working, Prince enjoys reading and a game – or two – of squash and bridge.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Nancy oversees all "people" functions worldwide, including talent acquisition, communication, total rewards, learning and development, and employee engagement. She brings more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership and management consulting roles. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, she was the chief people officer at HotChalk where she was responsible for all people functions, legal and facilities. Before that, Nancy served as the VP of global human resources and facilities at Silicon Image through its acquisition in 2015, and as SVP of human resources for K12 Inc. through their 2007 IPO. She also has executive experience at Ruckus Network, Noah’s New York Bagels, Gymboree Corporation and Sun Microsystems. Nancy is the founder of the international consulting firm 2nd & Nun Street Group, which focuses on rapidly growing start-ups or established companies undergoing great change. She has served on the Board of Regents for Holy Names College and the Board of Advisors to The Cameron School of Business at The University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
What you didn’t know: Nancy started her career in comedy. Writing and performing. Of course, Nancy admits that she is lucky she wasn’t very good at that or she would not be here today.
Chief Marketing Officer
Riadh Dridi oversees the strategy and execution of all global marketing efforts. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in marketing, product management and sales.
Riadh was most recently CMO at RingCentral. During his three-year tenure, the company doubled its revenue to more than $800M and increased its market capitalization by 600 percent.
Prior to joining RingCentral, he was Vice President of Americas Marketing at VMware where he was responsible for driving awareness and demand for the entire product portfolio across all routes to market. Riadh has also held various leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, based out of Europe and the US.
He serves as a board member and advisor to several early stage companies and is an advisor to the CMO Council.
What you didn’t know: when not working, you will find Riadh running, biking or playing soccer.
Chief Strategy Officer
Stephen DeWitt oversees corporate strategy, operational excellence, and external relationships with investors, strategic partners and customers, along with executing corporate strategic initiatives.
He brings extensive experience to this role from having built multiple startups from inception to scale. Most recently, he was CEO of the New York-based WorkMarket, which was acquired by ADP in 2018.
Stephen has also served in multiple senior executive roles for market leaders over this 30-year career, including Cisco, Hewlett Packard, Sun and Symantec.
What you didn’t know: When not working, Stephen is passionate about the Bears and the Cubs, enjoys playing golf, skiing and watching his children do amazing things.
Chris Riley, Chief Revenue Officer
Chris leads global sales for Automation Anywhere, serving customers in over 90 countries and managing an ecosystem of more than 1,900 partners worldwide. With decades of experience as a senior revenue generator, Chris has developed a unique reputation for managing complex go-to-market organizations and his expertise in building global alliances is unsurpassed in the industry.
Most recently, he was president of global sales at Dell Technologies Select, responsible for a multi-billion dollar route to market. Previous to his six years at Dell, Chris spent six years at HPE as vice president and general manager for the company’s storage business, and previous to that, he experienced explosive growth at EMC in senior sales roles.
What you didn’t know: When not working, you will find Chris, an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying life with his wife, six children and four Morkies – his loyal lap dogs that are a mix of two breeds: Maltese and Yorkshire Terrier.
Chief Corporate Development Officer
Peter's global operating experience includes being a public corporation senior executive, start-up CEO, venture capital and private equity advisor, and board member. Previously, he was COO of ABBYY, a 1,250+ person company pioneering intelligent content capture and cognitive computing. Passionately focused on exceptional innovation, Peter has made notable contributions in deploying Adobe Flash® on more than a billion mobile devices, Academy Award® winning software applications, digital home foundational inventions, and to four exits. He held SVP roles at multi-billion-dollar corporations, including Macromedia/Adobe, SONY, Intellectual Ventures and Calera Capital, mobile and devices, multiple business unit VP/GM roles, and executive partner.
What you didn't know: Peter was one of four animators on an Emmy Award-winning visual effects production and served on the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland Foundation board.
Gary has years of marketing leadership experience, having been chief marketing officer at many technology companies both large and smaller, with deep marketing experience at PeopleSoft, Nextel, Sprint, JDA, Achievers, Jasper, and others. His years of experience includes both B-to-B and B-to-C companies, both in the United States and abroad. Gary has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Syracuse University.
What you didn’t know: Gary has finally realized that he will never ski as well today as he did in his 20’s.
Co-Founder & EVP, Customer Success & Operations
Rushabh and his team manage the customer experience for all Automation Anywhere customers worldwide. His ability to convey the RPA vision has been instrumental in instilling a successful culture of automation in this organization since its inception. Passionate about technology, Rushabh co-founded the company and has held other leadership roles including product development, sales, customer support, and professional services.
What you didn't know: Rushabh wants customers to realize high returns—similar to the high return he experienced bungee jumping from the world’s highest bungee bridge in Bloukrans, South Africa.
Executive Vice President,
Based in our Boston office, Mark is the executive responsible for global sales, managing a team across four continents. With over 30 years of experience in the software market, and with the last 15+ years devoted to automation solutions, Mark has been instrumental in bringing the promise of Robotic Process Automation technology to the world’s largest banks, financial services, telecom, technology, retail, and BPO organizations, with an emphasis on strategic transformation projects. Previously, Mark held key technical, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles in the USA and Europe, at companies such as ORSYP Software, UC4, AppWorx, and Macro 4 plc.
What you didn't know: Mark's early working career actually began on a professional soccer ("football") field.
Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan
Adrian is responsible for managing business development and sales across the Asia Pacific & Japan region at Automation Anywhere. He brings more than two decades of enterprise experience and skill in senior leadership and management roles acquired from leading global technology-based companies. Before joining Automation Anywhere, Adrian was the EVP of global sales at Symantec, where he led a team in charge of worldwide sales and driving enterprise growth in security. He also held SVP titles at Oracle Corporation and Hewlett-Packard covering the Asia Pacific region, and ran the largest channel in the world when he ran HP Americas.
What you didn’t know: Adrian played semi-professional soccer until he was 38 and he was a radio presenter for a local radio station in the UK in his early life.
Executive Vice President, IMEA
Milan is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in advising the boards of leading public companies in digital services, technology-enabled business transformation, and functional transformations. As an Executive Vice President – IMEA, he is responsible for strengthening of the world-class talent pool, expanding of partner ecosystem and delivering business outcomes for customers.
Before joining Automation Anywhere, Milan served as the Senior Partner and National Director for Technology Business at Ernst & Young (EY), for over 18 years. In his last role, he was managing partner of Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications consulting business. He was also a global co-lead for the company’s Intelligent Automation Practice, and managed client service in the emerging markets geographies.
What you didn’t know: Milan has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and seeks to achieve inner peace without diluting ambitious life goals.
Executive Vice President, Digital Workforce Solutions
An executive vice president with more than 20 years of experience building high growth businesses, Rajesh leads the company's rapid expansion into the cognitive automation market as the EVP of sales. In this role, he owns revenue, strategy, and services for all new automation technology solutions and works closely with the product team to deliver success. Prior to Automation Anywhere, Rajesh served as the CRO of GlobalLogic, where he managed $400M in revenue. He also brings deep business process knowledge from his experience running a $3.5B P&L for the apps and BPO unit at HP. In addition, Rajesh has built and led product organizations at Mercury, Veritas, Healtheon/WebMD, and Oracle.
What you didn’t know: Rajesh has spent time aboard a raft in crocodile-infested waters of the Amazon river, has had a close encounter with a bear while hiking in Kings Canyon National Park, and has driven to the edge of the Sahara Desert in Maghreb.
EVP & Fellow, Products and Engineering
A seasoned executive with a proven track record in new product development, go-to-market, and improved product P&L performance, Abhijit oversees Automation Anywhere’s product strategy, design, engineering, and delivery. His rich experience includes leading Autodesk’s transformation to the cloud, directing the team for Oracle’s next generation Innovation Management Cloud initiative, and steering product management and strategy for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Agile Software, where he delivered rapid product and customer experience improvement. Abhijit’s entrepreneurial endeavors consist of multiple M&As, including a successful exit for his own startup, ATMA software, which is now part of Oracle.
What you didn’t know: Besides forging successful product paths in the corporate world, Abhijit has also made tracks in nature—particularly upward. (He’s climbed Machu Picchu, Mt. Whitney, Mt. Shasta, Half Dome, and Mt. Fuji, to name a few!)
Executive Vice President, Products
Neeraj Gokhale serves as the Executive Vice President, Products, with responsibility for the strategy and operations of the enterprise portfolio of products. He brings over 20 years of experience in launching and scaling software businesses. Most recently he was the Chief Product and Development Officer of Model N (MODN), where he led the company’s transformation to a SaaS business. In prior years he has served as a General Manager of multiple business units at Oracle, HPE and Tibco, where he incubated, acquired and scaled mutli-hundred million dollar enterprise application and infrastructure businesses in the areas of Data Management, Enterprise Collaboration and Billing/Revenue Management. Earlier, he founded Velosel, one of the early leaders in the Master Data Management space, which was acquired by Tibco. Neeraj also served as a Management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, advising global 2000 clients in the area of Enterprise software strategy.
What you didn’t know: When not working Neeraj enjoys being a pilot and traveling with family and friends.
Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy & Culture Architect and Co-Founder
Neeti is a co-founder and senior vice president of Automation Anywhere, leading brand and culture strategies, and initiatives across the company. An avid strategist, she brings over 20 years of business management, marketing and entrepreneurial experience from a wide variety of industries, including technology, business consulting, and advertising. Neeti thrives on holistically negotiating the continuously evolving character of marketing programs and loves to “play customer” personifying the voice of the customer. She is the company’s thought leader and vocal advocate of “bot ethics” in a world moving decisively towards AI. Neeti influences business strategy in scaling and driving company success. She defines and develops the Automation Anywhere brand as the world's leading intelligent Digital Workforce provider. She is also responsible for working across company divisions in maintaining focus on superior user experiences, helping to drive customer success.
What you didn’t know: If Neeti was trapped on a desert island, she’d have to have music, chocolate, coffee, and books (the paper kind) to even consider survival.
Vice President, Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division
John is a vice president at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division. In this role, John leads investments in growth stage enterprise technology companies, with a specific focus on software. He serves on several technology company boards. John joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 in the Investment Banking Division.
What you didn’t know: John is a private pilot, and when not working with cloud software, enjoys flying planes.
Chief Officer, Future Workforce
A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in high tech and management consulting, Kathleen works as an agent of change in institutions of higher learning to influence advances in curriculum and collaborates with faculty in preparing the future workforce to be RPA-ready. Operating under the idea that if you want to change the future of work, you must also change the future workforce, Kathleen has already been influential in the educational realm, having served on the advisory board at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and currently at Cal Poly’s College of Engineering. As she continues to work with schools of engineering, business, and computer science, Kathleen is able to draw on her extensive corporate leadership resume, including most recently serving as COO of Automation Anywhere, and previously as Sun Microsystem’s Senior VP/GM, where she rapidly grew Sun’s storage business to a 1.5-billion-dollar business in 3 years.
What you didn’t know: Kathleen dreams of owning a house in the Italian countryside—and we’re all looking forward to taking her up on the room and board we’re certain she would offer us.
Venture Partner, NEA
Hilarie joined NEA in 2017 as a Venture Partner on the tech team, where she focuses on enterprise software and services.
An enterprise software veteran, Hilarie spent the last three decades at growth-stage technology companies in operating and board roles. Most recently, Hilarie was President at New Relic, responsible for New Relic’s growth strategies as well as leading global sales, marketing, customer success, support, and business development. Prior to New Relic, Hilarie was at Salesforce, where she was named President and led the company’s worldwide sales teams and focused on growing the business globally. Hilarie joined Salesforce from Intuit where she was vice president of direct sales for small business and a member of the executive committee.
Hilarie started her career at Oracle Corporation where she held a variety of roles over the course of 18 years, including senior vice president of Oracle Direct where she drove the company’s rapid growth in both the technology and applications markets.
Hilarie currently serves on the board of directors of BloomReach, DataRobot, HackerOne, Knotch, Tableau Corporation and Zendesk Corporation. She is the Vice Chair of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and serves on the advisory council of the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy. She previously served on the board of directors for Informatica Corporation.
Hilarie has a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Mills College. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband Steve and their two daughters.
Executive Vice President & Chief Product Officer, Juniper Networks
Manoj serves as the executive vice president and chief product officer of Juniper Networks. In this role, Manoj manages alignment between product and go-to-market strategy and execution, overseeing product and marketing, while focusing on deploying technology that anticipates and solves customer and industry needs.
What you didn’t know: Manoj loves to travel and snowboard and he calls himself a perpetual rookie in golf.
Dipchand Vijpar Nishar
Senior Managing Partner, SoftBank Investment Advisors
Deep Nishar serves as a Senior Managing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisors (“SBIA”) and leads the Frontier Tech, Life Sciences and Enterprise Software investing teams. Mr. Nishar has more than 20 years of experience helping to build and grow successful software and internet businesses.
Prior to joining SBIA, Mr. Nishar served as the Senior Vice President of Products and User Experience at LinkedIn. He was responsible for setting and executing the company’s global product strategy and led the product management, data science, user experience and web design teams, as well as online sales and business development. Before LinkedIn, Mr. Nishar worked at Google from 2003 to 2009, where he headed product strategy for the Asia Pacific region, led the company’s mobile initiatives, and built the systems used for managing Google's global customer base. Previously, Mr. Nishar was Founder and Vice President of products at software company Patkai Networks.
In 2010, Mr. Nishar co-founded AngelPad, a mentorship program for entrepreneurs. Mr. Nishar serves on the board of directors for Cohesity, Inc., Fungible Inc., Guardant Health, Inc., Improbable Worlds Limited, Relay Therapeutics, Inc. and Vir Bio, Inc.
Mr. Nishar received a B. Tech with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology, a MSEE from University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, and an MBA from Harvard Business School with honors (Baker Scholar). He has co-authored 14 US patents and was awarded the Google Founders Award, given to employees who have made extraordinary contributions to the company.
Managing Director, General Atlantic
Peter is a managing director at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in the firm’s technology sector. Peter originally joined General Atlantic in 2005 and rejoined again after receiving his MBA in 2009. During business school in the summer of 2008, Peter worked at Torex, a General Atlantic portfolio company in the UK, on a range of strategic and operational initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, he was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs where he advised clients in the industrial, consumer, and technology sectors on a wide range of M&A and corporate finance transactions.
EVP and GM, CRM Applications
Bill Patterson is executive vice president and general manager of CRM Applications at Salesforce, where he leads product innovation, growth and customer success for Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Essentials.
A former software engineer and enterprise solutions architect, Bill joined Salesforce in 2017 after a 14-year career at Microsoft, where he held various leadership roles across product strategy, product management, product marketing and software engineering. Throughout his career, Bill has helped Fortune 1000 companies design and deploy strategic customer engagement, contact center and field service solutions. His passion is in helping companies connect with their customers and elevating the strategic importance of customer engagement tools to drive their businesses forward.
Director, SoftBank Vision Fund
Ramzi joined SoftBank’s Vision Fund in 2018 and helps lead the firm’s focus on enterprise software. Over the course of his career, Ramzi has focused on late-stage growth investments across both the consumer internet and enterprise software verticals. He led SoftBank’s investment in Automation Anywhere. Prior to SoftBank, Ramzi has been a board member or investor in companies including Zillow, SeatGeek, Varsity Tutors, Rover, Ion Trading, Wall Street Systems, and Avvo, among others. Ramzi was also recognized by GrowthCap as a Top 40 under 40 investor in 2019.
He began his investing career at TA Associates and prior to SoftBank, Ramzi was an investor at TCV (Technology Crossover Ventures) covering the consumer internet and software sectors. Ramzi started his career at Citigroup as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Group.
Ramzi received his B.S. in Business Administration (Finance and Entrepreneurship) from Carnegie Mellon University and graduated with university and college honors. He completed his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Rob is a general partner with World Innovation Labs and invests in a broad range of multi-stage technology companies with exceptional growth, including Auth0, BirdEye, BrightRoll, DocuSign, Fortinet, HubSpot, PGP Corporation, RingCentral, and VanceInfo. Rob works closely with committed entrepreneurs to create businesses that are revolutionary and become leaders in their respective markets. He has invested in over 25 companies creating an aggregate capitalization of $42 Billion with 7 IPOs and 11 acquired. Rob has a BA in Economics & Computer Science from University of Pittsburgh.
