Automation Anywhere may collect certain information involuntarily from visitors to its website, and those of its subsidiaries, including the IP address, time visited, pages viewed and related information. Automation Anywhere may also collect certain personal information voluntarily when someone sends a direct mail inquiry, an email or online registration, registers to download documents from its websites, participates in seminars or webinars, or requests Company information at tradeshows. Examples of such personal information include, but are not limited to, individual names, telephone numbers, email addresses, company name, person’s title, and other personally identifiable information. Automation Anywhere uses such information to monitor the performance, and improve the quality of, its website, respond to requests about the Company and its business, provide information about products and services, fulfill customer requests, marketing and other business purposes, and to comply with various legal and/or regulatory requirements. Automation Anywhere may share this information with its affiliates and subsidiaries, and/or with its business partners, in order to respond to customer needs or otherwise provide services to customers, or to engage in joint marketing activities. Automation Anywhere may also share this information with third-party agents who may be acting on its behalf; e.g., providing notice of an upcoming webinar or tradeshow that may be of interest to the target audience, or during solicitation for business purposes.
Automation Anywhere may release your personal information if it is required to do so by law or court order, to enforce or apply its Terms or if it believes in good faith that such release is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of its company, customers, affiliates, or others. Automation Anywhere also may share or transfer information, including your personal information, in connection with the sale, transfer, acquisition, merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy or other change or ownership or control by Automation Anywhere or any affiliated company (in each case, whether in whole or in part). When one of these events occurs, Automation Anywhere will use reasonable efforts to notify users before information is transferred or becomes subject to different privacy practices.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you visit the Site, open emails from Automation Anywhere, use its apps or interact with its related tools, widgets or plug-ins, Automation Anywhere may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs. The information collected in this manner may include your IP address, unique device identifier, browser characteristics, domain and other system settings, search queries, device characteristics, operating system type, language preferences, referring URLs, actions taken on the Site, dates and times of Site visits, metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. Other Uses of Personal Information

For other personal or commercial information, the individual has the ability to advise Automation Anywhere at any time that he/she no longer wishes to allow such intended or additional use (i.e., "opt-out") again, including disclosure to third parties that are not agents of Automation Anywhere.
Automation Anywhere will use reasonable methods to secure all personal and sensitive information by a variety of methods, including restricting access to such information only to those people who have a legitimate need to know in order to discharge their job responsibilities on behalf of Automation Anywhere, securing access to the facility where the information is stored, and the use of technology and physical controls to secure the information. Automation Anywhere is required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Use of Personal Information by Third Parties
Automation Anywhere will require that all third parties acting on behalf of Automation Anywhere, and to which personal or sensitive information is provided, give Automation Anywhere adequate assurances that they will safeguard all such information in a manner consistent with this policy.
Ability to Access and Correct Information
Upon an individual’s request, Automation Anywhere will provide reasonable access to any personal or information it has about that person. Automation Anywhere will also take reasonable steps to allow such individuals to correct, change, modify or delete any such information that is shown to be incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete.
Personal information collected by Automation Anywhere may be stored and processed in your geographic region, in the United States or in other countries in which Automation Anywhere, or its service providers, maintain facilities or operations. If you are resident in the European Economic Area, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, other countries including the United States. If we transfer your personal information outside of the European Economic Area we use a variety of legal mechanisms, which may include contractual terms, to protect your rights with respect to your personal information.
Automation Anywhere may amend or modify this policy from time to time by posting the amended or modified version on its website at http://www.automationanywhere.com. This policy may also be changed, or limited, to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or as otherwise allowed or required by law.
