![]() Clyde HoseinChief Financial Officer![]() Clyde Hosein brings more than 30 years of finance, engineering and operational experience to Automation Anywhere in his role as chief financial officer. Clyde is responsible for the finance, legal, IT, and facilities functions worldwide. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, he held chief financial officer positions at RingCentral, Marvell Technology Group, IDTI, and Candescent Technologies. He was also the chief operating officer at Marvell for a period. Earlier in his career, Clyde held various engineering, operations and finance positions at IBM. Clyde is a highly regarded executive in the technology industry and is well-known by the investment community. He was named by Institutional Investor as one of the top three CFOs in the semiconductor industry from 2010 to 2012, before leaving that industry to join the SaaS industry. He also sits on the board of directors of Cree, Inc.—a publicly traded company that develops and manufactures LED and semiconductor products. She is the company’s thought leader and vocal advocate of “bot ethics” in a world moving decisively towards AI. Neeti influences business strategy in scaling and driving company success. His years of experience includes both B-to-B and B-to-C companies, both in the United States and abroad. Gary has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Syracuse University. He was most recently senior vice president of engineering at ThoughtSpot, a data analytics company. Prior to this, Prince held senior roles at Ericsson, running global R&D for all digital products with a team of more than 10,000 people and responsibilities for 92 product lines, including building large-scale cloud infrastructure and cloud-hosted management stacks. Prior to Ericsson, Prince held various executive leadership roles within the cloud and enterprise groups at Citrix, after co-founding a security start-up that was acquired by Citrix. While there, he worked with some of the world's largest companies and public cloud providers. Prince began his career as an engineer at Silicon Graphics. What you didn’t know: When not working, Prince enjoys reading and a game – or two – of squash and bridge. |
![]() Abhijit KakhandikiSenior Vice President, Products and Engineering![]() A seasoned executive with a proven track record in new product development, go-to-market, and improved product P&L performance, Abhijit oversees Automation Anywhere’s product strategy, design, engineering, and delivery. His rich experience includes leading Autodesk’s transformation to the cloud, directing the team for Oracle’s next generation Innovation Management Cloud initiative, and steering product management and strategy for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Agile Software, where he delivered rapid product and customer experience improvement. Abhijit’s entrepreneurial endeavors consist of multiple M&As, including a successful exit for his own startup, ATMA software, which is now part of Oracle. ![]() Nancy HaugeChief Human Resources Officer![]() Nancy oversees all "people" functions worldwide, including talent acquisition, communication, total rewards, learning and development, and employee engagement. She brings more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership and management consulting roles. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, she was the chief people officer at HotChalk where she was responsible for all people functions, legal and facilities. Before that, Nancy served as the VP of global human resources and facilities at Silicon Image through its acquisition in 2015, and as SVP of human resources for K12 Inc. through their 2007 IPO. She also has executive experience at Ruckus Network, Noah’s New York Bagels, Gymboree Corporation and Sun Microsystems. Nancy is the founder of the international consulting firm 2nd & Nun Street Group, which focuses on rapidly growing start-ups or established companies undergoing great change. She has served on the Board of Regents for Holy Names College and the Board of Advisors to The Cameron School of Business at The University of North Carolina, Wilmington. ![]() Rajesh RadhakrishnanSenior Vice President, Sales & Cognitive Automation![]() A senior executive with more than 20 years of experience building high growth businesses, Rajesh leads the company's rapid expansion into the cognitive automation market as the senior vice president of sales. In this role, he owns revenue, strategy, and services for all new automation technology solutions and works closely with the product team to deliver success. Prior to Automation Anywhere, Rajesh served as the CRO of GlobalLogic, where he managed $400M in revenue. He also brings deep business process knowledge from his experience running a $3.5B P&L for the apps and BPO unit at HP. In addition, Rajesh has built and led product organizations at Mercury, Veritas, Healtheon/WebMD, and Oracle.
