START YOUR RPA JOURNEY TODAY WITH
COMMUNITY EDITION A2019
All good things come to an end—to make way for something better! At Automation Anywhere, we want to give our Community Edition users access to the latest technology platform so you can experience the best of what we have to offer for free*. That is why we launched our new Community Edition platform late last year, as part of the purely-web based, cloud native Enterprise A2019 platform. If you have been using Community Edition v11, it’s time to move to Community Edition A2019.
Beginning on June 1st, 2020, Community Edition version 11 will no longer be supported or accessible. From now on, we will be operating one platform, Community Edition A2019. The resources available on this page will help you move over the compatible bots to Community Edition A2019. We thank all of our users on the previous platform and we hope you enjoy the new Community Edition.

LET’S BEGIN

STEP 1
Sign up for Community Edition A2019 so you can
start moving your bots
With Community Edition A2019, you will experience our RPA, AI, and analytics from a single, web-based platform. To take advantage of these new features, you will need to register for Community Edition A2019.

STEP 2
See which bots can migrate to Community Edition A2019
To determine which of your version 11 bots are eligible to migrate over to Community Edition A2019, you can use the Bot Scanner. The Bot Scanner will scan your version 11 bots and generate a summary report identifying which of your bots are eligible to migrate. The report will also identify the reasons why some bots may not be eligible to migrate, but these bots can easily be rebuilt in A2019.
Watch this video tutorial to learn how to use the Bot Scanner or check out the How-to-Migrate your bots guide to start the process.

STEP 3
Start migrating your bots
Once you have determined which bots can be automatically migrated to Community Edition A2019, you can use the Bot Migration action in A2019 to migrate your bots. Watch this video tutorial to learn how to migrate your bots or check out the How-to-Migrate your bots guide to start the process.
