Program debuted at Imagine London, the company’s premier customer experience
Automation Anywhere, the largest enterprise software provider in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), welcomed over 1,200 registered customers and partners at last week’s sold-out Imagine customer experience in London where it launched Bot Store and rolled out an economic incentive plan for new customers.
The Bot Store is the world’s first online marketplace for off-the-shelf, plug-and-play software bots that remarkably accelerate business process automation while creating a new bot economy for global enterprises. Bots built by Automation Anywhere and its partners are immediately available in the Bot Store and purpose built to automate common business processes across all industries. It is an extraordinary purchasing model for companies which are beginning and especially scaling their robotic process automation programs.
To stimulate a new bot economy, Automation Anywhere debuted an economic incentive plan, offering new customers a no-cost “starter package” for the first year when they purchase through any Automation Anywhere partner which has developed bots in the Bot Store. The company has a network of more than 75 partners worldwide.
“Customers now have access to a self-sustainable marketplace of bots for many business processes in every industry,” said Mihir Shukla, CEO and Co-founder of Automation Anywhere. “No other company has such a program. Bot Store will become a limitless market in which customers can shop for bots like they would anything else in an open market. And now with an economic incentive plan, all the barriers to adopting RPA have vanished.”
Many bots will be built by Automation Anywhere and its vast partner ecosystem. Bots can also be built for this new, open economy by other bot developers. Once they are approved by Automation Anywhere, bots can be put on the open market in the Bot Store.
“The Bot Store is a breakthrough in providing pre-built, plug-and-play bots with the ability to ’snap‘ many bots together immediately,” said Ankur Kothari, Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Automation Anywhere. “Adding the bot economy incentive program now removes any friction caused by price completely out of the equation for any company.”
Like any other economy, the new bot economy will offer vast choice to meet nearly any customer requirement and is supported by the world’s most comprehensive customer success program (Automation Anywhere Plus) as well as education programs from Automation Anywhere University, which train both business process managers and the people responsible for a company’s bot environment.
