Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank faced challenges with manual processes in its center of operations, leading to employee workload issues and customer dissatisfaction. To address these issues, the bank implemented the Automation Success Platform and established a center of excellence (CoE). The bank automated various processes such as account openings, account migrations, returns and cancellations, call center operations, and central bank notifications. The automation also streamlined the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey replenishment process, reducing the time required from taking three employees one hour to just 12 minutes. This automation initiative has improved employee morale, customer service, and overall processing time for the bank, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
