Craig Le Clair is Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester, bringing 20 years of experience in IT and business process transformation to his role. Prior to joining Forrester, Craig was a vice president at ADP, a cofounder of docHarbor, and also spent time at Mitre and BBN.
Peter Bendor-Samuel is Founder and CEO of Everest Group. He founded Everest Group in 1991 and has led the firm to be on the frontier of the global services industry. Peter is a regularly featured thought leader in international business media, and a frequent keynote speaker at industry events. Before founding Everest Group, he started E&Y’s outsourcing advisory practice and was an executive at EDS.
