Edith Cowan University (ECU) has combined its excellence in data analytics with RPA to improve its performance by examining key decisions in its processes and how bots can provide information faster and more accurately to improve decision making and overall performance.
The use of bots has improved the quality of ECU’s decision making, showing positive productivity improvements and has given them a clear path for building a performance improvement framework, which will carry the university forward and help with information enabled decision making.
