Automation Anywhere®, a leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), welcomed more than 3,000 attendees at its Imagine customer and partner experience and Bot Games, a competitive event, held in Bengaluru last week. Imagine drew more than 650 organizations and is the industry’s only customer and partner event where attendees are also invited to bring their bots, which numbered over 500.
Attendees from around the world discovered the unparalleled capabilities of Automation Anywhere’s Intelligent Digital Workforce platform, including the latest Automation Anywhere innovations for their wide range of RPA products. During the two-day Imagine experience, attendees took part in more than 45 sessions, ten of which were uniquely industry focused, and more than 40 customers shared their experiences on stage. The event’s popular Build-A-Bot sessions, which illustrate how intuitive it is to build a bot using the platform, were held eight times and each session was standing room only.
“The number of attendees at this year’s Imagine Bengaluru more than doubled compared to last year’s Imagine experience, in many ways mirroring the dramatic growth of our business,” said Mihir Shukla, CEO and co-founder of Automation Anywhere. “Since the first quarter of this year, our business has more than doubled. Our customers and partners are thrilled to be a part of it, which is why I believe attendance at Imagine was so impressive. We were also pleased to hold our first Bot Games in India and excited by the energy and enthusiasm of the attendees.”
The day before Imagine Bengaluru, Automation Anywhere hosted Bot Games – the industry’s leading developer competition and educational event. More than 800 automation developers, solution architects, technical program managers and support specialists participated, and several were awarded prizes, including the grand prize, a new Volkswagen automobile.
During Imagine the company released a study it commissioned with Goldsmith, University of London – an extensive research project which revealed not only how much more productive employees are when working with bots but how bots actually make work more human.
