Main stage panel to focus on best practices in leveraging Robotic Process Automation.
Automation Anywhere, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), announced today that Mark Fletcher, Vice President of the company’s Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Markets, will speak on a main stage panel at the IAOP Outsourcing World Summit in Orlando, FL being held February 15-17.
The panel, “Robotic Process Automation - Lessons from the Field” is being presented at the IAOP World Summit to inform attendees about the differences between RPA and other more conventional automation practices. It will also help demonstrate the business value being achieved today by enterprises globally.
“While it’s clear that the outsourcing community is well aware of RPA and all of the major service providers have already implemented it, there are still plenty of questions about the technology and how to create a long-term plan for success,” said Fletcher. “The conversation now is much more about how to create a sustainable RPA capability, and how to apply best practices in RPA implementations.”
Fletcher will be joined by other notable panelists including Dr. Leslie Willcooks, COP, Professor, Technology Work and Globalization, Department of Management at London School of Economics and Political Science; Dr. Mary Lacity, COP, Curators’ Professor of Information Systems, College of Business, University of Missouri-St. Louis; Cliff Justice, Partner, Innovation and Enterprise Solutions, KPMG LLP; and Bobby Varanasi, Chairman and CEO, Matryzel Consulting.
IAOP’s Outsourcing World Summit brings together outsourcing experts and practitioners, providers, outsourcing customers, advisors, and vendors to discover more about industry trends, issues, and opportunities. Last year’s event drew C-level executives from over 40 countries and diverse industries such as HR, finance, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery.
The session, “Robotic Process Automation - Lessons from the Field”, takes place Tuesday February 16 at 9:00 a.m. ET at the Summit.
