Let the Bot Games Begin (March 19, 2019, in London)

Over the next three years, automation—aka Robotic Process Automation (RPA) —will be the fastest growing enterprise software sector. In history. And Automation Anywhere has the world’s most widely-deployed RPA platform for development.

Fastest growing sector and the most broadly deployed platform? Count me in.

That’s why I recently joined Automation Anywhere to head up our efforts on Developer Experience. This post is the first on our newly launched Developers Everywhere blog, and I’m excited to engage with you all.

As a developer, I can’t think of a better opportunity. The future of the work is happening right now—human employees work side-by-side with their Digital Workforce counterparts, making the people exponentially more productive and far more fulfilled.

Interested in being part of the movement? Then join us at Bot Games in London March 19! It’s free for all developers, and open to all skill levels.

My top five reasons to attend:

  • Learn. New to RPA? We’ll have Fast Track training to get you up-to-speed, so you can hack away by the afternoon. An RPA veteran? We’ll have advanced workshops to show you the new stuff.
  • Compete. Up to £30,000 in prizes for winning submissions (that’s some serious swag).
  • Get Recognized. Show everyone that you’re a card-carrying member of the RPA Hall of Fame.
  • Network. Meet other developers that are part of the movement and enhance your career.
  • Have fun. Developers DO know how to party—and we know how to throw one (what better place than in London?).

And did I mention it’s free?

You can choose from different tracks at the event depending on your interest:

  • Do you thrive under pressure? Join Bot Wars and say hasta la vista to the competition in a live, multi-level bot-building challenge.
  • Are you a quizmaster? Bot Design -- a tech quiz competition where players are tested to see who has the most Automation Anywhere knowledge.
  • Last, but not least is Bot Genius. Submit a pre-developed bot prior to the event for judging. If you’re one of the top contenders, you’ll present live at Bot Games to your fellow developers.

Register today and let’s make the future happen. I hope to see you there!
