Since late 2019 when our operations in Asia were initially impacted, we have been taking aggressive actions to maintain a safe operating environment for our stakeholders. We rapidly embraced a virtual operating model and made numerous investments to allow us to operate efficiently. Currently, our global business is operating at full capacity. While limited in-person engagement and travel restrictions are in place, our service and support teams are working at near-normal levels. We do recognize, however, that is far from “normal” for any of us. We stand ready to support the unique and dynamic needs of our customers. We continually test and update our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure we are prepared to operate critical services such as support to our customers and partners.

Automation Anywhere takes business continuity very seriously and we continue to refine our Business Continuity Plan based on our learnings from the internal test as well as from real time scenarios.
While Global events such as COVID-19, may require additional considerations, please be assured, we are doing everything possible to keep our employee safe as well as to maintain and adjust our business continuity plans. Doing so will ensure we have no/minimal disruption in our services to you, our valued Customers.
No. Our CSM, professional services, sales and account reps are geographically distributed globally, and are set up to work remotely. We have Business Continuity plans across all our functions. Our Support team is staffed on a 24x7x365 basis operating five regionally aligned shifts. Each shift is staffed out of at least two of our five regionally disparate support centers. Engineers in each support center are currently working remotely at full capacity in all five locations.
As long as you do not need onsite support from our professional services team to go-live (which is not normally needed), there should be no delay to your go-live date. Automation Anywhere teams are operating on a work from home basis at full staffing and efficiencies in multiple locations. Our Platform Enablement team provides remote go-live consulting assistance in English at no additional charge on 24x5 basis. We can also provide this assistance on weekends if scheduled in advance. This remote consulting includes help for initial infrastructure selection and setup, software installation, and testing.
