A visionary in the automation arena, he has helped define a new, $3billion market category in the BPA (Business Process Automation) space. His passion for innovation has inspired Automation Anywhere to create ground-breaking technologies that has redefined the automation landscape. An engineer at heart, a natural leader and a realist by nature he leads the Automation Anywhere team to think innovatively, intuitively and strategically. In the past, Mihir has fulfilled leadership roles in Internet, e-commerce and wireless market leaders at the forefront of innovation, like E2Open, Kiva, ISN, Netscape, Infoseek and Omnisky. Ankur Kothari
VP, Global Sales & Customer Operations
	Ankur co-founded Automation Anywhere and currently oversees the company's global revenue-generation and customer operations' strategies. He also heads the channel partnership, expert services, and support divisions of the company. He previously served as Head of Engineering. This experience has given him a unique perspective and in-depth knowledge contributing to success in both the US and global markets. In his 12+ years in the software industry, Ankur has successfully juggled many responsibilities on sales, engineering, and product-fronts. Ankur graduated with honors as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison. VP, Products & Engineering
	Darshan Jani leads the product and engineering divisions for our entire product line offering. Responsible for marrying product vision with market needs, he plays an integral role in Automation Anywhere's strategic direction, development, and future growth. With 15+ years of experience in planning, launching and supporting complex, multi-release enterprise software products, Darshan has led teams developing varied technology products from enterprise server and network protocols to web-based applications and databases. He holds a M.S in Computer Science from USC, Los Angeles and a B.S. in Computer Science from Gujarat University, India. 	Neeti co-founded Automation Anywhere and leads the brand marketing and website production teams. An avid strategist, she brings over 15 years of business management, marketing and entrepreneurial experience from various industries. A jack of all trades, she has held various roles, thrives on the ever-changing nature of marketing programs and loves to “play-customer”. An addicted traveler, she has lived in 3 countries and holds an MBA from Bond University, Australia. Director, ERP Business
	Tom runs the ERP line of business for Automation Anywhere and has enjoyed over 20 years in the software industry, in various technical, marketing, and business roles. Previously, at IBM Corp, Tom managed product launches for various database products, tools, and ERP solutions on all platforms. He enjoys building successful partnerships and strategic alliances. Tom is a frequent blogger on ERP process automation topics, and has an MBA from Santa Clara University.
