| I felt I must write to you regarding my experiences with Testing Anywhere. When our company initially decided to go with a software testing solution, we trialled a number of suitable products and went with what appeared to be the perfect solution. Within a few days it emerged that there were some serious challenges, not only with the usability of the product but our attempts to get technical support were met with a response that only (Allow 48 hours for a reply) email support was available. It was at this point we accepted a full refund and negotiated an alternative package with Tethys. Whilst the full Testing Anywhere product offered more than we needed for a higher price, Tethys were able to tailor our package to suit our needs and match on budget. Even after removing some of the features we didn’t need, Testing Anywhere was still a far superior purchase for the same price. Utilizing a “drag-n-drop” based user interface provided a very fast and intuitive means of developing testing solutions. Not only that, Testing Anywhere provides a variety of alternative recording tools allowing a perfect answer for every testing scenario. Even with an application designed with the user experience clearly in the forefront of your developers minds, I have encountered challenges. Every time I have had to contact support, the response has been superb; a prompt reply with examples and suggestions arriving in my email within hours. Your email support is so efficient that I have so far not needed to take advantage of the telephone support option that you include with your standard package. I am not usually one to sing the praises of something that I paid for. After all, if I pay for a service or product, I expect to get what I paid for, but the staff at Tethys support make me feel that they are truly eager to ensure that their customers are satisfied beyond happy! That is a trait that is very rare and certainly deserves acknowledging. One other point that I would urge you to push more in your sales presentations is the additional support offered along with Testing Anywhere. An excellent offering; from the initial presale, product demonstration being more functional oriented than the typical sales staff showing off all the bells and whistles, right through to online videos covering specific technical points, a full and detailed user manual, and a help system that offers guidance when building my testing scripts. When our company finally went with Tethys we made a wise choice and I can only encourage others investigating a testing solution to do the same. I would be proud to speak with any of your prospective customers who ask for a reference and enlighten them that not all software providers are the same, and that Tethys have mastered the art of giving software a human face.

"We used LoadRunner and WinRunner for automation. It used to take a lot of time to automate test cases and often unreliable. It has speeded up the creation of test cases 10 folds. So any test case we want to automate, we create the test case very quickly on the same day. One of the several use cases we have automated with it is validating the generation of reports for business process related to kidney dialysis. Reports are generated online and it is a complex procedure we need to automate and validate for the correctness of the data. It used to take 4-5 hours of testing by the testers. With the Image Recognition feature, we have automated the test cases and validation of generating reports and it can be done over the lunch hour by simple click of a button."
